in accordance with the applicable personal data-processing rules (EU Regulation 2016/679) we wish to inform you that your personal data will be processed fairly and in a transparent manner, for lawful purposes and in full protection of your privacy and your rights.
Your data will also be processed through computer systems for the following purposes:
- to receive and confirm your orders or relevant services, and to provide the required services. Since these data are necessary for defining the agreement and for its later implementation, your consent is not required except in such cases where special, i.e. sensitive information is provided. Should you refuse to provide your personal information, we shall not be able to confirm the order or provide the required services. The data processing shall stop once the goods have been delivered, but some of your personal data may or will have to keep being processed for the purposes and in the manners described below;
- to comply with the administrative, accounting and tax-related obligations in force. For these purposes your consent is not required for data processing. Data is processed by ourselves and authorised persons, and shall only be passed onto third parties to comply with obligations set by the applicable law. Should you refuse to provide the data necessary for the above-mentioned purposes, we shall not be able to provide the required services. The data gained for said purposes are stored by us for the duration set by law (10 years or any different duration in case of tax inspection);
- for faster registration of your orders and the required services in case of future orders of products or services to our company. For that purpose, upon receiving you consent, which can be revoked at any time, your data shall be stored for no longer than 10 years and shall be used when you become our client again for the purposes mentioned above;
- to send you our promotional messages and updates on current promotions. For that purpose, upon receiving your consent, your data shall be stored for no longer than 10 years. Your data may be provided to outside platforms to send you SMS messages and newsletters, and shall only be processed for these purposes. You may revoke your consent at any time.
We also wish to inform you that the EU regulation recognises certain rights, including the right to access and rectify, cancel or limit, and object to the data processing, as well as the right to data portability, if and when applicable (articles 15 though 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679). You may, furthermore, lodge a complaint with the controlling authority in accordance with the procedures set up by the applicable law.
